Project
management

BLT offers a full project management starting from the technical validation of the proposal. Production of all the relative documentation and drawings of the system.

Our project manager is taking care of the commissioning, build-up since the on-air stage.
In collaboration with the client’s resources and the project managers, all eventual issues are resolved and changes to the workflow are adapted to the specific needs of each department.

Once the project is on-air, the responsibility passes to the resources indicated by the customer while remaining on standby for any new need.

Onsite support and
commissioning

Even if the presence of our project manager in the field during all the salient phases of a project, an important part of the configuration and final alignment could be carried out via remote access with the support of our entire product team.
Remote access allows to inspect the entire system and update it with the latest software versions. This mode is also useful in the event of an SLA that goes beyond the duration of the warranty.

Onsite operational and
technical training

BLT offers onsite operational and technical training by qualified personnel. For medium-high size systems we use freelance operators who bring their experience to complex workflows. Courses can be customized to meet specific needs. Our excellent relationships with all the associations of operators allow us to keep our systems updated and suitable to respond to market demands.

24/7
assistance

The assistant team can count on technicians of long and qualified experience. It is available 24/7 via call or email or web to ensure customers fast answers to their possible technical inconveniences.

This promptness and availability is key especially for live events, when the unpredictable can always happen and it becomes vital to solve immediately any inconveniences.
